  1. A pungent mixture for broiling, grilling, and roasting.
  2. Whisk together thoroughly:
  3.       1 1/2 cups beer
  4.       1/4 cup any citrus marmalade or ginger marmalade
  5.       1 tablespoon dry mustard
  6.       1 tablespoon minced peeled fresh ginger or 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  7.       2 cloves garlic, minced
  8.       1/4 teaspoon salt
  9.       1 teaspoon sugar or honey
  10. Use immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
